About AI Catalyst Radar

A daily-updated calendar and comparison tool for the events that move AI-related stocks.

What we track

Sources & methodology

Every catalyst row links to its source: SEC 8-K earnings filings, company press releases, official event pages, or, for dates the company hasn't announced yet, a public earnings calendar; those are labeled expected. We do not publish analyst consensus estimates. Stock profiles use SEC XBRL financial data (each metric links to the filing), risk factors quoted from each company's latest 10-K/20-F, and shares outstanding from the filing cover page. We don't show market cap until we have a licensed price source. Taglines and “AI angle” paragraphs are written by us.

AI exposure score (1–5): the rubric

An editorial score of how directly a company's current business depends on AI. It is not a rating of the stock, its valuation or its prospects. We assign it from the company's own segment reporting and business descriptions in its 10-K/20-F and earnings releases, and we revisit it when a company's mix changes.

ScoreMeaningTypical evidenceExamples

Compare pages give a 🏆 to the higher AI exposure score and note ties. That only says which business is more AI-centric, not which stock is better.
